Shipping Policy
We deliver across India, except for certain locations due to courier limitations. For verification, you may contact mail us at care@billwinindustries.com and share your pin code or zip code before placing an order.
Shipping Charges:
- Shipping costs will be determined at checkout
Cash-On-Delivery (COD): We offer COD services to several locations within India for an additional fee of Rs. 99, which is charged on top of the standard shipping fee.
Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours from our store located in Nahur (W), Mumbai. In rare instances, there may be a slight delay, in which case we will notify you through email, WhatsApp, or SMS.
Shipping Schedule: We ship orders from Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. We partner with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely deliveries.
Delivery Timeframe: Deliveries typically take 5-7 business days across India. However, delivery times may be extended due to unforeseen factors such as high courier volumes, local disruptions, festive seasons, natural calamities, or adverse weather conditions.
International Shipping: At present, we do not offer international shipping.[PD1]
